Before you apply
What we look for
Quality and safety come first on every Kingsleigh Homes project. To join our insurance repair network of subcontractors, you will need to provide:
- RAMS: Risk Assessments & Method Statements and health & safety documentation
- Public Liability Insurance: a current certificate
- References: recent clients or main contractors we can speak to
- Professional memberships where relevant, for example NICEIC / NAPIT for electrical, Gas Safe for gas
- Health & Safety memberships preferred but not essential, for example CHAS or SafeContractor
All submissions are stored securely and reviewed by our team. We'll be in touch if there's a good fit. Currently we're especially keen to hear from carpenters in the Exeter area.
