Based in the South West of England, Kingsleigh Homes is a family-run building company led by Shawn and Jordan, with Jordan a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). Our aim is to create high-quality modern homes with character and charm that stand apart from large-scale housing developers.
We work with creative, talented architects and use current construction techniques and materials sourced by our buyers. The design, flow, functionality and finish of every home we create matter to us, and CIOB membership holds us to that standard.
Our tradespeople are trusted and proven, and they deliver the same expertise and attention to detail we demand of ourselves. As builders across Devon and Somerset, we understand the practicalities of building in these areas.
Insurance repair is our specialism and the direction the business is heading. We are growing a managed network of vetted, accredited trades so that insurers, loss adjusters and homeowners get one accountable point of contact and consistent, professional-standard work across the South West.
