Add the Kingsleigh app to your phone

No app store, no download. Add it to your home screen once and it works like a normal app: tap the icon, sign in to site, log your jobs.

On an iPhone or iPad

iPhones add apps through Safari's Share menu. It takes one extra tap, but only the first time.

Open the portal in Safari

Use Safari, not Chrome — only Safari can add an app to an iPhone home screen. Go to your portal link.

Tap the Share button

It's the square with an arrow pointing up — at the bottom of the screen, or top-right on an iPad.

Choose "Add to Home Screen"

Scroll down the grey menu until you see it, then tap it.

Top-right corner. The Kingsleigh icon now sits on your home screen like any other app.

On an Android phone

Android does most of the work for you.

Open the portal in Chrome

Go to your portal link in the Chrome browser.

Tap "Install app"

A button shows in the top bar of the portal. Tap it. (If you don't see it, tap the ⋮ menu, top-right, and choose Install app / Add to Home screen.)

Tap Install on the pop-up. The Kingsleigh icon lands on your home screen.

Can't find the option? Make sure you're in the right browser — Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android. If you opened the link from inside another app (WhatsApp, Messenger, email), tap the "open in browser" option first, then follow the steps above.

Once it's on your phone

Tap the icon to open it fullscreen — no browser, just the app.
Sign in once. It remembers you, so next time it's straight to your jobs.
One tap to log "I'm on site" and "Leaving site" — your location is saved as proof of attendance.
No signal? It saves on your phone and sends automatically when you're back online.
It updates itself — you never need to reinstall.
